Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with React, Node.js, and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience with real-time data sync (WebSockets/Firestore) and AI model integration.
  • Passion for building zero-to-one products.

Product Designer

Remote / US

The Role

Design the next generation of restaurant interfaces. You'll be responsible for making complex AI data easy to understand for busy kitchen staff and managers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing tablet and mobile UI/UX work.
  • Experience with design systems and user research in high-friction environments.
  • Ability to transition from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes quickly.

Customer Success Lead

Hybrid / SF

The Role

Lead the onboarding and success of our restaurant partners. You'll be the primary point of contact for owners and managers, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS customer success or restaurant management.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy for small business operators.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
