Usage

By using MHPlatter you agree to our acceptable use and to comply with local laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you upload.

Subscriptions

Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are handled case‑by‑case. Enterprise terms may specify custom SLAs and data processing addenda.

Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHPlatter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

MHPlatter 20% Growth Guarantee

The 20% revenue growth guarantee applies to customers on the Revenue Boost plan who meet the following criteria: (1) Maintain active usage for at least 3 consecutive months, (2) Implement at least 80% of AI-driven upsell recommendations, (3) Maintain a complete digital menu with photos/videos for all primary items. Revenue growth is measured against the baseline month established during onboarding. In the event the target is not met, the customer is eligible for a full refund of the 3 months' subscription fees plus a one-time $500 payment.
